Service Advisor

European Performance is growing, and we are looking for a Service Advisor who wants to be part of a serious, high-performing European repair shop.

We specialize in BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, and MINI. Our shop is clean, organized, well-equipped, and focused on doing things the right way.

This is not just an answering-phones job. We need someone who can build trust, communicate clearly, sell needed work with confidence, and help create a great customer experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact between our customers and technicians. You will listen to customer concerns, build repair orders, communicate inspection findings, present estimates, schedule work, and keep customers updated throughout the repair process.

You will help customers understand what their vehicle needs, what is most important, and what can wait.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a positive, professional attitude
• Document customer concerns clearly
• Build repair orders in Tekmetric
• Communicate with technicians about inspections, diagnostics, and repairs
• Present estimates and sell needed work
• Keep customers updated by phone, text, and email
• Schedule appointments and help manage workflow
• Follow up with customers after service

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is positive, coachable, organized, and driven. Automotive experience is preferred, but the right attitude and communication skills matter most.

The right person can stay calm under pressure, communicate with empathy, and take ownership of the customer experience.
